Hello from the Mother/Daughter duo of Joyce and Maggie. Our journey started with a marriage! We initially entered the entertainment rental world when we purchased an old horse trailer to convert into a mobile bar for Maggie’s wedding. It was a labor of love and came out even more beautiful than we imagined. We donned the rebirth of the converted horse trailer with the name Fais Do Do On The Geaux. We began renting her for many different events, including a rental to a photographer to use as her backdrop. We arrived, set it up and decorated it. Just as we were finishing, the two families being photographed were arriving at the same time we received notice of an emergency from the photographer. She had no other choice but to cancel. What do you do when you have a beautifully decorated backdrop, two families that are ready for their photoshoot, but no photographer? You improvise and make it work. Maggie offered and proceeded to take their family photos. After editing the photos, the families were very pleased and are still customers today. After sharing the photos with others, Maggie began receiving request to do additional photoshoots and request for mini sessions too. We purchased a photo booth to handle a few mini sessions and added a 360 Video Photo Booth to offer a different experience. A few shorts months later, we received an offer to purchase the horse trailer. It was not an easy decision because we really poured our hearts into the conversion of the horse trailer, but it was clear that we were going in a different direction. We said farewell to Fais Do Do On The Geaux and hello to Neo Photo.
